Very good thank you

Ordered a pair of RST Pro Series Ventilator-X CE Textile Jeans - Silver / Black and had free next day delivery via DPD which arrived as promised and was updated at every stage. Item arrived as ordered but I was slightly unsure about the size. Spoke with customer service and they reserved a pair in the smaller size at my local shop for the next day. On my visit the staff were so friendly and helpful and I opted for the smaller size and the exchange was completed. The initial purchase, delivery, my interactions with customer service and my experience in-store (Birmingham) was incredible. Have not received this level of customer service anywhere for a very long time.

Can’t ask for anything more from Sportsbikeshop, following day delivery, free returns, great choice and competitive pricing. Would certainly use again.

Was not happy with first unit. The return process was very good.

Poor delivery experience. Ordered motorbike cover on Friday for next working day delivery, since we were not at home on Sunday. DPD sent a message on Sunday, that it will be delivered on Sunday. Saw the message much later, since we were out. They attempted delivery and since no one was home sent it to a pick up location. This meant I had to make an unnecessary journey to pick it up, spending time and fuel. Something Sportsbikeshhop needs to sort out with their delivery partner. Why have the option of next working day delivery if they plan to deliver on a Sunday?
